What a great idea. I too have an old bungalow, I will be building on for sure this spring. I also notice a lack of storage inside our home so I bought a storage bench much like that for our bedroom and think I can use your idea to build on for my daughters room. Thanks for the fun project idea.

I have been always facing the problem to keep my tools or other things at a place where I can find them easily, these tools are not frequently used but a little problem becomes so bigger when the right tool is missing, this idea is great to keep many things at one place.
