Mastitis has come to visit and my dear husband watched Sophia and Miles so Violet and I could just nurse and rest. She just looked a heck of a lot cuter doing it than me!

Aww, as you know, it goes much too quickly. The are tiny shorter than a breath. She is beautiful.

I am not a baby(aside from my own!!) person at all. Especially newborns, but your violet is too much to resist. Yum. I will eat her up. Mastitis blows. So sorry. Glad Ross is there with his cape.

Could a comment / compliment be any sweeter??? My hubby is not a huge newborn guy either but man she is almost edible! And babe – you just keep complimenting my offspring like that and me and I will kidnap you when you are here and keep you in my guest room so you can make me happy when I am sad. You are just too sweet!
Awww! That pic is so beautiful – makes me wish my kids were that little again! I hope the mastitis goes away ASAP.

Thanks you know its funny I still enjoy nursing her it is just such a precious experience. And one boob is still good! I have tried cabbage but what works best for me is just constant nursing, rest and cold compresses. I love the most recent photo on your blog!
