My Sweet Violet,
It was 6 weeks ago that you were born and I have taken 2 weeks to make a simple slide show of your first month with us because I am so in love. So in love with you that I cried choosing each picture. So in love with our time together that I could not write captions – I had too much and too little to say…so I cried again. So in love with our family that I cried over all of our memories from the day your dad and I met until right now. I am now sitting here with you sleeping peacefully at my breast, again in tears, reflecting on all the love we have for you and wondering how the days pass by so quickly.
Here is your first month. I will remember these days forever. You are an amazing little girl, my darling, and Mommy loves you very much.

I am the Ringmaster of this circus. I have 3 small children who don't know what that means so I just say "Boss" and they get that. I am a mom who loves to write, build things, make things and love on my kids and my hubs. I am also in the midst of a love affair with social media. Love the video. Violet is stunning! But then again, she takes after her mum! You are still glowing and look incredibly happy, restful and gorgeous!!

Sophia was done with diapers at around 19 months during the day and I took her pull ups away around 2 1/2 at night but she only ever had one accident so I was not worried! Miles has decided it is more fun to make the potty noise on the potty and then actually go to the bathroom on the floor or in his diaper or on me. So, I have 2 in diapers.
At least they’ve got cute butts!

Eeeee…. an eeeny teeny ‘ittle girl! with luscious lips. So beautiful. And you look great six weeks postpartum! I had two lumpy boys so it is so fun to so such a delicate little slip of a baby. She is an angel.
